Harris St. Laurent Adds Taylor & Cohen Co-Founder for Litigation

Rob Cohen joined Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler as a partner in its commercial litigation practice group, the firm announced Thursday.

Cohen represents clients in shareholder and corporate disputes, employment matters, breach of contract cases, fraud and trade secret claims, class actions and appeals. His work spans financial services, private equity, payment and credit card processing, manufacturing, energy and telecommunications, the firm said.

He joins from Taylor & Cohen, where he was a founding partner.
