Harley-Davidson Motor Co. Group LLC is clear of design defect claims brought by a rider who crashed his motorcycle on a winding Missouri road.
Michael Thomas waived his objection to a video introduced by Harley showing “advisory” speed signs at the scene that were added to the roadway after the accident, a Missouri appeals court said. It affirmed a jury verdict in favor of Harley.
