GSA Debuts Federal Committee to Advise on Secure Cloud Adoption

The US General Services Administration has announced the inaugural membership of the Federal Secure Cloud Advisory Committee, according to a Friday news release.

The GSA said its administrator, in consultation with the Office of Management and Budget director, has appointed 15 members to serve on the committee.

The committee will counsel the GSA administrator and the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Board as well as federal agencies on technical, financial, programmatic, and operational matters involved in the secure implementation of cloud computing products and services, according to the GSA.
