Grifols Board to Expand Self-Review After Short Seller Attack

Grifols SA’s board of directors plans to expand its annual self-review following a short seller attack earlier this year that questioned the company’s corporate governance.

The board of the Spanish blood plasma firm approved on Tuesday several resolutions to strengthen its corporate governance system, including an update to the related party transactions policy and internal regulations for the Appointments and Remunerations Committee, according to a regulatory filing.
