Google Says Ad Tech Competitors’ Antitrust Cases Filed Too Late

Alphabet Inc.'s Google fought back against antitrust litigation by a group of ad tech exchanges that alleges the tech giant used exclusionary practices to block their growth, saying they waited too long to sue.

OpenX, Magnite, and PubMatic are among the digital ad tech providers that have been well aware for years of Google’s conduct, the basis of their monopoly claims, according to Google’s motion to dismiss filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
