Goodwin Procter is adding a pair of Cooley partners to its private investment funds practice in Boston.
Nicole Peppe and Luke Bagley are joining Goodwin as venture capital investing and M&A deals, especially in the technology space, are starting to pick up after more than a year of sluggishness.
“We are definitely seeing a pickup and we have for the last couple of months,” said Ken Gordon, co-chair of Goodwin’s technology practice in an interview with Bloomberg Law.
