Most multinational companies report on sustainability, but an increasing number are using several different reporting standards, according to the results of a survey released Monday.
The study of sustainability reporting by 1,400 global companies found that 92% of them reported at least some information about their environmental, social, and corporate governance performance in 2020. Some 58% had their ESG data audited, up from 51% the previous year.
