Game Maker Huuuge Tests Warsaw’s IPO Appetite After Lockdown

Huuuge Inc., the developer of free-to-play mobile games, filed a prospectus for an initial public offering in Warsaw, confirming that the gaming industry is becoming a major source of listings for Poland’s stock exchange.

A share sale is being considered to help accelerate Huuuge’s expansion, including possible takeovers, the company, which specializes in “social casino” games allowing players to join gambling communities, said in an email. Still, a final decision about the offering hasn’t been made. Huuuge has 12 offices worldwide and its productions had almost 4 million active players at the end of 2019.
