Nikolas S. Komyati has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the litigation department in Morristown, N.J., the firm said Thursday.
Komyati counsels businesses in the cannabis industry as well as ancillary service providers on licensing, financial, and compliance issues, according to Fox Rothschild.
He previously served at Bressler Amery & Ross, P.C., where he was the cannabis practice area leader and a member of the executive committee, the firm said.
