The General Electric Co.’s former general counsel has joined those looking for better ways to help law firms and corporate law departments work together.
Alexander Dimitrief, who stepped aside in late 2017 after three years as GE’s legal chief to become president and CEO of the company’s Global Growth Organization, joined legal consultancy the Zeughauser Group as a partner this month. Dimitrief will be based in New York, but mostly split time between his homes in Westport, Conn., and Rancho Mirage, Calif., near Palm Springs.
