Fliszar Joins Baker Donelson’s Health Law Group in Nashville

Gregory M. Fliszar has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder with the firm’s health law group in its Nashville office, the firm said Wednesday.

Fliszar, who provides health law regulatory advice to health care organizations and providers on reimbursement disputes, including Medicare Advantage, also counsels health care groups on compliance with data privacy laws, according to Baker Donelson.

Fliszar also provides counsel on breach analysis and response strategies and requisite reporting protocols, the firm said.
