Five Hole CFO Calls Ex-Lawyer’s Suit Meritless, Citing ‘Pattern’

The CFO of Five Hole LLC fired back at a Delaware lawsuit brought by its former top attorney, saying the lawyer has a history of making accusations, dropping them when they don’t pan out, and refiling them in another forum.

“This is just another in a string of filings in which he is looking to gain an advantage in the other pending, nearly identical, matters,” Oded Segev says in a Dec. 17 dismissal motion.
