Fenway Park Workers Allege Aramark Retaliated Over July Strike

Workers at Boston’s Fenway Park have filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board alleging that food and facilities operator Aramark is engaged in “illegal retaliation” over their three-day strike in July.

Unite Here Local 26 filed 95 grievances and an unfair labor practice charge on Sept. 18, saying that workers at the home of the Boston Red Sox have faced reduced hours and overtime denials since the strike, in addition to surveillance and threats.
