FaZe Clan Director Sues eSports Franchise Seeking Legal Fees

Leading eSports franchise FaZe Clan Inc. was sued in Delaware Jan. 8 by one of its directors, a Norwegian industrialist who wants the company to cover legal fees he’s racked up defending against claims that he led a corporate coup against its founders.

FaZe started as a YouTube “gaming clan” in 2010, before the explosive growth of eSports over the past decade made it a billion-dollar business.
