FaZe Clan Appears to Settle Consolidated Dispute With Financier

Leading eSports franchise FaZe Clan Inc. appears to have settled a consolidated legal dispute in Delaware involving two of its directors, including a Norwegian industrialist who claimed the board repeatedly cut him out by holding last-minute meetings when he was overseas.

The two sides disclosed in a Delaware Chancery Court filing that Michael Stang Treschow, his SGMT Holdings AS investment conglomerate, and another board member linked to them had dropped the trio of lawsuits they brought against FaZe.

The joint stipulation doesn’t expressly state that the case settled, but the suits were dismissed with prejudice, meaning Treschow and his affiliates ...
