Fan Controlled Football Wins Court Fight Against Crypto Company

Fan Controlled Football, which lets spectators control game action by voting on play calls, defeated a lawsuit by a cryptocurrency company that was seeking to buy a team over the league’s objections.

A Delaware judge on Thursday denied a bid by New Alchemy, an early financial backer, to enforce an option it said it held to become the owner and principal sponsor of one of the indoor football league’s franchises.
