777 Partners LLC lost its bid to end litigation over allegations that the US investment firm—which is set to buy the English Premier League’s historic Everton Football Club—cheated the sellers of an aviation leasing business it acquired.
Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn let the case move forward Monday against the Miami-based firm and its managing partners, Steven Pasko and Josh Wander, though she dismissed several of the lawsuit’s counts from Delaware’s Chancery Court, including its claims of fraud.
