Evergrande Liquidators Seek to Remove Two Directors From EV Unit

China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group Ltd., the EV unit of the embattled real estate developer, said it received a notice from the liquidators of its parent company seeking to remove two key executives from the board.

Evergrande NEV said a company controlled by China Evergrande Group’s liquidators on June 24 requested the removal of Liu Yongzhuo and Qin Liyong as executive directors and any position they hold in the company with immediate effect.
