EssilorLuxottica: Francesco Milleri Named as CEO

EssilorLuxottica said Francesco Milleri was appointed as CEO and Paul du Saillant was named Deputy CEO.

• Leonardo Del Vecchio will voluntarily step back from his executive responsibilities and remain non-executive chairman
• Hubert Sagnières will also leave executive responsibilities, while remaining non-executive vice-chairman
• Reported interim dividend for fiscal 2020 of EU1.15 per share
