The EPA released Thursday its first list of corporate documents containing competitive secret details that companies may want to protect or the agency will publicly release that information.
The Environmental Protection Agency posted online a list of confidential business information (CBI) claims that will expire between June 22 and July 31. The agency will update the list on a monthly basis, and it will notify companies that submitted the documents that their confidentiality claims will be expiring.
