Entercoms Says Ex-CEO Founded Rival Business Before Departing

Entercoms Inc., a consulting firm focused on supply chain automation, has accused co-founder and ex-CEO Nitin Ahuja of starting a rival business before leaving.

Ahuja, after underperforming for years, was in the middle of a months-long negotiation over the terms of his departure last September when he and his wife founded BigBotts LLC in her name, according to the May 7 complaint filed in Delaware Chancery Court. BigBotts then poached Entercoms’ senior sales vice president, the suit says.
