Electronic Arts Said to Near Buyout Deal at About $210 Per Share

Video game maker Electronic Arts Inc. is in advanced talks to go private at about $210 a share, according to people familiar with the matter.

An agreement with investors including Silver Lake Management, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund and Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners could be announced as early as Monday, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. The price of around $210 per share would represent about a 25% premium to EA’s closing price on Thursday, the last trading day before news of the potential deal was first reported.
