The cardiac equipment maker and former Harpoon investors, who sued through a shareholder services firm, said in a Dec. 12 filing that they’d ended their dispute on undisclosed terms. The lawsuit, filed last year, said Edwards breached a purchase agreement provision accelerating post-deal payments if it dropped development for reasons unrelated to safety and efficacy.
