DOJ Secures Settlement With Kforce Over Hiring Discrimination

The Justice Department announces a settlement with staffing agency Kforce Inc., resolving claims the company discriminated against non-US citizens with permission to work in the US by excluding them from job opportunities based on their citizenship status.

  • Under the terms of the settlement, Kforce will pay $690,000 in civil penalties to the US and set aside $230,000 to compensate affected workers
