Democrats Urge SEC to Finalize Climate Risk Disclosure Rule

Democratic lawmakers, led by Senator Elizabeth Warren, urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to finalize a climate disclosure rule without further delay, according to a letter to SEC Chair <-bsp-person state="{"_id":"00000186-b7cd-d607-afef-bfdf61870001","_type":"00000160-6f41-dae1-adf0-6ff519590003"}">Gary Gensler.

  • Rule would require public companies to disclose details about their emissions and climate-related risks
