Mark Koziel will lead the world’s largest accounting trade group as its CEO next year, the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants announced Wednesday.
Koziel is currently president and CEO of Allinial Global, an association of independent accounting and advisory firms. He will start his new role in January, taking over from Barry Melancon, who led the professional body for three-decades.
The global trade group was founded by the American Institute of CPAs, which represents the US, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, based in the UK.
