Cox Communications Unit, RapidScale Founders End Fraud Fight

A Cox Communications Inc. subsidiary has resolved litigation against the co-founders of RapidScale Inc., a cloud computing company it bought, after the two sides spent nearly three years hitting each other with fraud claims.

CoxCom LLC and the RapidScale co-founders, Will Hiatt III and Randy Jeter, docketed a stipulation in Delaware’s Chancery Court indicating they’d agreed to drop their claims and counterclaims with prejudice. Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. dismissed the case a few hours later.
