CHS Admits Role in Alleged Mexican Bribery Scheme: StarTribune

Agribusiness firm CHS Inc. admitted in an ongoing lawsuit that Mexican customs brokers paid bribes to help it speed up international rail shipments, according to a report by Minneapolis-based Star Tribune.

• The Minnesota-based cooperative declined to comment when asked about the case by Bloomberg News
