Chemicals producer Incitec Pivot Ltd. confirmed Chief Executive Officer Jeanne Johns will step down, a move that follows investor pressure over the company’s strategy and performance.

Chief Financial Officer Paul Victor was appointed as interim CEO while the board carries out a search for a permanent replacement for Johns, who has held the post since late 2017, the Melbourne-based company said Tuesday in a statement.
