Charter Names Lead Ind. Director Zinterhofer Non-Exec. Chairman

Charter Communications says the board appointed Eric Zinterhofer, currently lead independent director, to become non-executive chairman Nov. 30, resuming a role he held 2009-2016.

• Tom Rutledge will serve as board member emeritus after his previously announced retirement
• CEO Chris Winfrey is appointed to the board
