Chamber of Commerce Latest to Sue Over SEC Climate Rules (1)

The US Chamber of Commerce announced Thursday that it is suing the SEC over its emissions reporting rules, joining a growing pile of litigants over the mandate.

The Chamber filed its petition to block the rules in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, under a previously filed case by Liberty Energy Inc. The Texas Association of Business and Longview Chamber of Commerce joined the Chamber on its petition.
