Trademarkia Inc. does not have standing to bring a trademark infringement claim against LegalZoom Inc. It failed to adequately demonstrate that any loss of revenue its trademark watch and monitoring service experienced as of April 2014, when LegalZoom began to use the domain name “LegalZoomTrademarkia.com,” resulted from the use of the domain name, as opposed to the cause or causes for the losses it allegedly experienced prior to that time. The case is Legalforce, Inc. v. legalzoom.com, Inc., N.D. Cal., 18-CV-07274-MMC, 3/13/19.
