Carney Taps Prickett Jones Attorney Fioravanti for Chancery Seat (1)

Delaware Gov. John Carney has nominated attorney Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. as Court of Chancery vice chancellor to fill the seat vacated by the new Delaware Supreme Court Justice Tamika Montgomery-Reeves.

The Democratic governor’s nomination came the same day Montgomery-Reeves was scheduled to be officially sworn in as the first African-American justice on Delaware’s Supreme Court.

Fioravanti is a director at Prickett Jones & Elliott, P.A., where he practices in the area of corporate and business litigation.
