C3.ai CEO Tom Siebel to Seek Successor Due to Health Concerns

Software company C3.ai Inc. is looking for a new chief executive officer after Tom Siebel said he intends to step aside due to health concerns.

“After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in early 2025, I have experienced significant visual impairment,” Siebel said in a statement Thursday. He will remain executive chairman once the company’s board appoints a successor, he added.
