Broadcom Legal Leader’s Pay Dips Slightly to $28.6 Million

Broadcom Inc. chief legal officer Mark Brazeal last year netted a $28.6 million pay package, about a 1% drop from 2024, according to a new corporate filing.

Brazeal’s 2025 compensation marked his second consecutive pay package of around $29 million, after jumping from $15.5 million in 2023. His overall earnings in 2025 included stock awards valued at $27.2 million and a base salary of $515,000, according to the company’s proxy statement filed Monday.
