Broadcom CEO Pay Soars to $205.3 Million After AI-Fueled Rally

Broadcom Inc. Chief Executive Officer Hock Tan saw his compensation package jump to $205.3 million last year, mostly from stock awards, as his company increasingly becomes a star of the artificial intelligence industry.

Equity awards accounted for $202.4 million of Tan’s 2025 pay, with his salary remaining little changed at $1.2 million, Broadcom said in a regulatory filing Monday. The total compared with $2.63 million in 2024, when he didn’t receive stock awards.
