BofA Banker Pedro Pereira to Leave to Become CFO at iFood (2)

Pedro Pereira, a managing director at Bank of America Corp. based in New York, is leaving to become chief financial officer of Brazil delivery service iFood, the latest in a series of departures.

In addition to managing iFood’s finances, Pereira will work with parent company Prosus NV on global strategic initiatives, the company said in a statement. Pereira will start in April and help the company with its next growth phase as the delivery sector expands into new categories, according to the statement, which said his experience will help with the growth of the fintech iFood Pago.
