Boeing Taps RTX Lobbyist to Lead Government Affairs Operation

Boeing Co. has named Jeff Shockey to head its powerful Washington lobbying operation, filling a key post at a time with the Trump administration and billionaire Elon Musk are roiling government.

Shockey will take over the role at Boeing on Feb. 24. He’s joining from RTX Corp., a defense rival and key supplier to the US planemaker, where he had led government relations since 2021.
