Striking Boeing Union Workers ‘Not Interested’ in Latest Offer

Striking Boeing Co. workers “aren’t interested” in the company’s sweetened 30% contract offer, their union said, elevating a stand-off between the parties.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represents the 33,000 striking Boeing employees, said in a statement late Tuesday that a survey of members was “overwhelmingly clear” in not being interested in the new offer, calling it “inadequate” and “disrespectful.”
