A grandson and daughter of the late billionaire developer Sol Goldman sued another of his daughters, saying she wrongfully seized control of the family real estate empire, which once included the Chrysler and Cartier buildings.
The lawsuit targets Jane Goldman, who’s been described as the only female billionaire in charge of a real estate portfolio. She’s been unilaterally running the family’s property holding company, Solil Management LLC, without permission from her sisters and nephew, who own 75% of the enterprise, according to the complaint.
