BigShots Golf Sued by Founder Who Sold Stake to Invited (1)

The founder of BigShots Golf LLC sued the golf simulation company over concerns that its majority owner, the country club business Invited Inc., is siphoning the entertainment venture’s funds to itself.

The lawsuit made public Wednesday seeks files from BigShots to investigate allegations that ClubCorp Holdings Inc.—an Apollo Global Management Inc. portfolio company that does business as Invited—is using improper accounting methods and side deals with affiliates to transfer value away from the jointly owned business.
