Mike Kilgarriff has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner with the litigation department and commercial litigation and dispute resolution and consumer financial services group in Denver, the firm said Monday.
Kilgarriff deals with commercial litigation, government and administrative agency matters, regulatory compliance issues, and white collar internal investigations, according to Ballard Spahr.
He has advised companies involved in investigations with the US Department of Justice, US Securities and Exchange Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, New York Department of Financial Services, and 47 state attorneys general, Ballard Spahr said.
