Atlas Lithium Corp., allegedly made materially false and misleading statements regarding its success of lithium and other battery material mining, according to a new lawsuit.
Plaintiff Douglas Salomon seeks to represent his fellow investors in a class action comprised of those who purchased or acquired Atlas Lithium securities beginning March 25, 2022 and lost money when its stock fell 43% on May 4, 2023, according to his complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
