AT&T Hack Estimated to Cost as Much as $90 Million, Report Says

AT&T Inc. could lose $43 million to $90 million as a result of a customer data breach recently disclosed, according to a report by cybersecurity firm X-Analytics Research.

• Last week, AT&T said hackers stole six months worth of call and text information from nearly all of its cellular customers from May 1, 2022, to Oct. 31 of that year.
