AMC’s Revised APE Deal Heads to Judge on Expedited Timeline (1)

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. and shareholders leading litigation against the theater chain can immediately renew their efforts to get court approval for a settlement that would let the company convert its APE units into common stock, a judge said Monday.

Vice Chancellor Morgan T.
