Allscripts Elevates Compliance Chief to General Counsel Role

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc., a medical information technology company coping with the Covid-19 pandemic, disclosed in a securities filing that its top lawyer Brian Farley will leave June 21.

The move comes a little over a month after Allscripts cut 5% of its workforce and implemented pay cuts for its top earning executives. In May, Allscripts withdrew its financial outlook for 2020 and said its first quarter revenue was down between $7 million and $10 million year-over-year as a result of lower patient volumes among its clients due to the coronavirus crisis.
