Agnelli’s Exor to Appoint ING Chairman Karl Guha for Board

Exor NV, the investment vehicle of Italy’s billionaire Agnelli family, has proposed to appoint ING Groep NV’s supervisory board chairman Karl Guha as a non-executive director.

Guha was tapped for his “strong financial expertise” and the appointment will be voted on at the annual meeting on May 22, the Amsterdam-headquartered holding company said in a statement on Thursday. Guha was chief executive officer of wealth firm Van Lanschot Kempen NV from 2013 to 2021.
