Activist Bluebell Seeks to Postpone AGM for Italy’s Leonardo

Activist investor Bluebell Capital Partners Ltd requested a postponement of the annual general meeting of Italy’s Leonardo SpA scheduled May 19 to allow shareholders to analyze court documents related to CEO Alessandro Profumo’s tenure at another company, according to a May 9 letter sent to Chairman Luciano Carta and seen by Bloomberg.
