Years of Lawsuits Ahead as EPA Rolls Out Chemical Decisions

The EPA will issue many first-ever decisions about chemicals and the regulations for managing them this year, spurring lawsuits that attorneys predict will shape the agency’s implementation of U.S. commercial chemicals law for years to come.
