Wyoming Drops Oil Leasing Suit After Trump Tax Law’s Changes

Wyoming dropped its lawsuit challenging the Interior Department’s move under the Biden administration to refrain from holding oil and gas lease sales for certain years.

The state’s motion for voluntary dismissal without prejudice was granted Monday by Judge Scott W. Skavdahl of the US District Court for the District of Wyoming.
